ticketindonesia.info has a simple fee scheme for booking e-tickets. On ticketindonesia.info, you only pay for the price of the ticket and a service charge as listed below. There are no mark-ups between our ticket prices and those of the airlines.

The service charge apply to each passenger in one booking. A maximum of eight passengers can be booked at once via the website. For bookings of larger groups, please contact us.
What is included in the price?
1. The price of the e-ticket, inclusive of all surcharges and taxes for the e-ticket.
2. Handling fee for reservation and issuing your e-ticket.
3. Transaction fee for the reservation system.
4. Transaction fee for payment system.
What is not included in the price?
Departure tax at Indonesian airports will have to be paid upon or shortly after check-in, in cash and in Rupiahs. Departure tax for domestic flights varies between 25,000 and 40,000 Rupiahs per person, while international flights are taxed between 75,000 and 150,000 Rupiahs per person. (Information valid for January 2010)
AirAsia e-tickets
For booking e-tickets with AirAsia, the possibility of additional payment is in effect. AirAsia does not allow reservations to be made for their flights. e-Tickets have to be paid directly upon booking by the buyer, in this case ticketindonesia.info in your name, as our customer.
To ensure that we can book the cheapest tickets available, it is possible that we pay up to 25% more for an e-ticket with this airline than you have paid us (only the real cost of the e-ticket is used for calculating the additional payment of a maximum of 25%) after we sent you our total price and payment information.
The amount that we have to spend extra will be added to your payable amount to us, which has to be paid before we make the e-ticket available for you. Since e-tickets for AirAsia can not be cancelled, we can never refund any money for payments already made to us.
In practice, quick payment and early booking of e-tickets will often result in you not having to pay a surcharge. The best things to do is to book well on time and to take care of swift payment after we have sent you the price information.
If the surcharge will be higher than 25%, we will not book that ticket right away. We will first ask you what we should do in this case; pay more than a 25% surcharge, or want a refund of the amount already paid to us.
Making changes
Ticketindonesia.info does process changes and cancellations of e-tickets bought via the website, telephone, directly at the booking center or in any other way. For changes you can also contact the airline concerned. Contact us if you would like to change or cancel your e-ticket(s).

Prices above are exclusive of fees calculated by the airlines themselves. Airlines often request fees to be paid for e-tickets that are changed or canceled. These fees are different with each airliner and also vary per class. Normally the higher the class you booked, the easier and cheaper it is to make changes.
Please realize that ticketindonesia.info always tries to find the cheapest e-tickets available unless you requested otherwise. Usually, these e-tickets can not be changed or cancelled at all after they have been issued. Please check your ticket for the regulations, or contact the airline.
