ticketindonesia.info is a website where e-tickets can be purchased and is managed by PT Gracia Indah Indonesia in Bekasi, West Java. We have chosen to primarily work via the Internet because it enables us to reach a larger number of customers than opening a local office in a shopping mall in Indonesia.

We realize that because we are located in Indonesia and can therefore help you optimally, we cannot be a member of foreign travel protection programs. The good news, however, is that such a membership is not really necessary, since all tickets are purchased at the airlines directly. We do comply with the regulations of the IATA, however.

At this moment our office is in Lippo Cikarang in the Bekasi regency, at about one hour from downtown Jakarta. We are ready to serve you during office hours (in Indonesia) for arranging e-tickets from various Indonesian airlines. You can contact us in English, Dutch or Indonesian.
